1. Module Reception & Initial Inspection

Upon arrival, every control module is logged into our system and receives an initial physical inspection to identify visible damage, contamination, corrosion, or shipping-related issues.

2. Cleaning & Preparation

Connectors and external surfaces are cleaned to prevent contamination from entering the module during the repair process.

3. Module Opening & Internal Evaluation

The enclosure is carefully opened using procedures designed to protect sensitive electronic components and circuit boards.

4. Electronic Diagnostics

The PCB is inspected and tested using specialized diagnostic and measurement equipment to identify failed components, damaged circuits, communication issues, or other electronic faults.

5. Repairability Assessment

After testing, our technicians determine whether the module can be repaired and identify the appropriate corrective actions.

6. Repair & Component Replacement

When repairable faults are identified, damaged components are replaced and affected circuits are restored according to the module requirements.

7. Reassembly & Sealing

8. Final Bench Testing

The repaired module undergoes final bench testing and quality control procedures to verify proper operation before shipment.

9. Packaging & Return Shipping
